Mozart: K.620 Magic Flute, Das Klinget So Herrlich

This melody is from Mozart's 1791 opera, The Magic Flute (Die Zauberflöte), in which two protagonists are given a magic flute and a set of magic chimes, respectively, to protect them in their quest to rescue a fair damsel. The magic chimes (like a glockenspiel) are played in this song to escape from the captor's henchmen, who are completely distracted by the splendid sound (“Das Klinget So Herrlich”).

The first eight bars are the magic chimes while the remaining 16 bars are the enraptured henchmen singing about how beautiful it sounds, all while waving their weapons in time with the music (see video).
